SPOKANE, Wash.– Not too hot, not too cold, not too wet, not too dry, not too windy: that’s this weekend in the Inland Northwest. For July this is as good as it gets!
Temperatures will be in the mid 50s in the morning around the region with 70s by lunchtime. Afternoon and evening weather will be a mix of sun and fair-weather clouds with temperatures in the upper 70s and low 80s. Events around the region this weekend should go off without any problems from Mother Nature.
Next week will be much hotter. Tuesday will be the hottest day of the week with low to mid 90s in Spokane and upper 90s around the Columbia and Snake river basins. Rain looks like it will stay away from us for the next several days. Next Wednesday looks like it may be a day we have to be alert for new fires. It will be hot, dry, and windy. We’ll keep you updated on the forecast’s progression over the weekend.
